Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has played a major role in transforming the field of Big Data analytics because it allows processing and interpretation of large and complex datasets efficiently. This review examines the basics of Big Data, concepts of AI, and how they could be combined to improve the decision-making process based on the data. It identifies automated machine learning, real-time analytics, edge computing, and generative AI as important trends as well as healthcare, finance, smart cities, e-commerce, and cybersecurity. Other significant issues that are addressed in the study are data quality, scalability, privacy, and ethical concerns.
