AI and generative models like ChatGPT are quickly changing various fields and industries, such as healthcare, cybersecurity, computer science, poultry science and food systems. This survey looks at the various areas of AI application, advantages, and limitations of integrating AI in these areas. In medical care, AI can improve diagnostics, individual care and tracking, and ChatGPT implements patient communications and clinical decision-making. Applied intelligence in cybersecurity enhances threat prediction, prediction, and auto-response. In computer science, in addition to being used by ChatGPT in coding and solving problems, AI is used to develop algorithms, analyze data, and automate software. AI is used to maximize disease control, feeding efficiency, supply chain, and innovation in poultry science and food sciences. Nevertheless, issues of ethical considerations, data quality, privacy, and transparency still exist, despite its potential. The vision of the future asserts that modern AI will continue to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in multiple fields and particularly in the responsible and equitable use of AI.
