Abstract

This study looks at the way artificial intelligence (AI) impacts healthcare, mainly by helping with medical data review and health decisions. Thanks to machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing, medical data, records, pictures and genetics information can be processed without difficulty. Such developments help doctors make more precise diagnoses, treat each patient efficiently and track patients continuously. AI is being used in radiology, pathology, managing chronic conditions and telemedicine to show its impact. Even with all its potential, data privacy, making algorithms open to review, minimizing biases in results and keeping up with changing regulations are still major barriers. Advances like using wearables, federated learning and explainable AI suggest that people will collaborate more with AI in the coming years. Altogether, AI can greatly enhance medical skills, better healthcare services and make precision medicine possible if challenges are managed in a collaborative way.
